Pujasera, which stands for the Serba Ada Food Center (English: food court, or in the Asia Pacific also called a food hall) is a dining place consisting of food counters offering a variety of varied menus. Food court is an open and informal dining area, and is usually located in malls, shopping centers, offices, universities or modern schools.
Building owners usually employ several people to manage and run food courts in their buildings. In this management the building owner can also offer an property management company or event organizer who is experienced in managing food courts.
There are several concepts in managing food court, namely the concept of "fast food" and the concept of "message at the dinner table".
The concept of "fast food" is a concept that directs visitors to order food or drinks directly at outlets ready to serve them. The products offered are ready-to-eat products (max. 10-15 minutes for production and presentation). Usually more in crowded malls and in office areas where visitors have limited time.
The concept of "ordering at the dinner table" is a concept that spoils visitors with services such as restaurants. The waiter provided is ready to serve visitor orders quickly and friendly. The products presented also sometimes require a long time in the production process until presentation. Usually the food court with this concept is in dynamic malls.
